Attention Endeavor Agents

 

 

Endeavor General Agency is alerting all appointed agents of the following rule changes that are being implementing effective April 15, 2009.

 

  1. Please submit a copy of the Drivers License, Matricula Consular or Foreign or International Identification Card with all new applications.  A copy of this identification is required for all listed drivers.

 

  1. Please request payment reversal to us within 48 hours after the payment has been applied.  We will no longer reverse payments after the 48 hour time period.

 

  1. Drivers with a suspended, revoked license status are not eligible for coverage with our program.
